Custom Orders
All our solid wood kitchens and tables are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Defects and Errors
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or if we made an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Inspection Period
Upon delivery or pickup, please inspect your product carefully. Report any defects or issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will address any legitimate concerns promptly.
Warranty Coverage
Our products come with warranty coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
